The library, founded in 1974, and holding thousands of photographs, continues to expand as new images are added to the collection. Of particular interest are the photographs of Dublin in the 1980s, places in Ireland and wild plants in their natural environment. High resolution scans are available to authors, designers and publishers. Images from the collection have been featured in numerous publications and have been exhibited in galleries on both sides of the Atlantic.
